Customers can place an order by calling us or by submitting their order online. We then schedule a delivery date. After setting a delivery date, a VA Furniture driver delivers your item(s) sealed in their factory packaging. It is your responsibility to take the item(s) inside your residence, assemble the item(s), and discard the factory packaging. As a courtesy, our VA Furniture driver may assist customers in delivering the furniture inside the front door of the residence or garage if needed. Refer to "Free Delivery" for further details.
Some products may require light/medium assembly. They include basic tools, hardware, and simple instructions for proper assembly (a Philips screwdriver may be needed.)
By signing the receipt and submitting payment for the item(s) you’ve ordered, you are acknowledging that you have accepted the purchase of the item(s) within our terms and conditions as stated on this page.
If any part of the order is found to be damaged or defective please notify VA Furniture as soon as possible and it will gladly be replaced. Do not assemble the item(s) until you are sure the parts are in good condition. Once an item has been assembled we will not exchange damaged parts.
Our manufacturer's warranty covers all items up to 45 days from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse like exposure to extreme temperature, negligence, wrong assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, etc. We generally request photographic images and a detailed description of the damage/defect.
Our manufacturer's warranty only allows us to replace defective parts.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you wish to return an item for refund or an exchange after signing the receipt and submitting payment for the item(s) you can do so by notifying VA Furniture within 5 business days from the delivery date and we will schedule a date to pick up / exchange the item(s).
Note that all calls for returns/exchanges must be made within 5 business days from the delivery date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and may be subject to a $50 pick-up merchandise fee.
For any returned item(s), all products must be in their original manufacturing packaging and in the same condition they were delivered in. Factory packaging must be opened carefully and properly without ripping, tearing or trashing the boxes. You must keep the item(s) packaging until you are satisfied with the product.
Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging will not qualify for refund/exchange.
*There are no refunds/exchanges on sofas, mattresses/foundations under no circumstances.

VA Furniture provides free delivery to the Los Angeles & Orange Counties. Sometimes we include other areas for a small period of time. Contact us to inquire about a specific city.

As a courtesy, our driver may assist customers in delivering the furniture inside the front door of the residence or garage if needed. For liability purposes our driver does not take the item(s) up or down the stairs inside of the residence and our driver does not remove old furniture or move your existing furniture from one room to another.
Please notify us of the presence of stairs, tight walkways or other interior/exterior obstacles that would prevent easy access to the residence.
Some items may be restricted to curb-side delivery only (check back with us to inquire about a specific item.)
